Refund policy

If you purchased an item from www.playette.com.au and you change your mind, you can return it.

You have 14 days to return your items (some exclusions apply see below list) for an exchange or refund as long as it is returned in its original sealed packaging and is in saleable condition. By saleable condition we mean that the item has not been opened or used and all manuals etc. are included. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition. You also must submit proof of purchase. Return shipping is at customer expense, unless an item is deemed faulty.

If you contact us at orders@dalegroup.com.au with your proof of purchase we will exchange it or give you a refund using your original payment method, less any shipping charges, as long as it is within 14 days of purchase.

Delivery charges will apply to exchanges. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale, clearance, special orders unless faulty.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund only for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are considered a minor failure, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund. All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Shopping Trolley Covers,
High Chair Covers,
3 in 1 Coverall,
Body and Nursing Pillows.
Any Teething Items (not sold with protective packaging)
Any Feeding / Drinking Items (with broken seals or not sold with protective packaging)
Bath and Oral Care Products that are not sealed and in original packaging

Playette will accept returns and provide you with a store credit, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair if deemed repairable.
